Renovation Fixtures & Finishes Package
Flooring, and lighting, and countertops, oh my! If you need help with the design elements of your renovation, this is the package for you!
We’ll help you select fixtures including hardware, cabinetry, backsplashes, lighting, and faucets. Then we’ll help you finish it off with beautiful flooring, paint, and countertops. (This package can be also be combined with the Structural Renovation Package.)
- PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- 2-hour home visit to understand your goals and challenges
- Recommendations to guide your room aesthetic including ideas from your home visit, answers to your questions, and suggestions for creative ways to accomplish your goals. We’ll also outline the next steps for any custom items you may need.
- Professional referrals for contractors, vendors, and retailers appropriate for your project and budget
- A design board with retailer purchase links so you can visualize how your materials, fixtures, and finishes fit together. Our design board will also include specifications for items like countertops and cabinet doors that require you to purchase in person or through a contractor.
- Detailed Specifications to share with your Contractor for a seamless process. Our specifications spreadsheet will have all the details along with links to purchase the specific products you need to bring your bathroom to life. It will all be there - right down to the cabinet pulls.
- 30-minute recommendation presentation/Q&A via Zoom
